Return & refund policy
If for some reason you feel like you want to return your purchased artwork you have the right to do so within 14 days of the purchase. In a case of return please contact me through the contact form or my email kivi.jaana@gmail.com. The item must be in perfect condition and packed in its original packing when returned. The customer is responsible for the costs of the return.
Please note that I reserve the right to change products and product pricing on my website at any time. Please notice that the actual colors may vary a little bit from screen to screen. Note also that all artworks are mounted on wooden frames and some warping may occur during the time. This is usually caused because of the change in room temperature and humidity. In a case of warping, please contact your local carpenter or framer for assistance.
I always make sure that my craftsmanship is high quality. All shipments are insured by me between my studio and your destination. If additional costs related to product damage occur during shipping, you do not have to worry about them. However, once you have received the artwork and accepted the shipment, I do not offer further warranty for the purchased items.
You acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. By accessing and using the Website and Services you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

Shipping & payment policy
Free worldwide shipping is included in the original price for small, medium and paper artworks. Worldwide shipping is also free for the larger canvases if you wish me to pack the artwork into a roll. If you wish me to send a large artwork attached to the original canvas frame please contact me for more information. I’m happy to discuss any other shipping options.
Notice that it takes 2-5 working days to pack the painting the safest way possible. The duration of your shipping depends on your destination country. Estimated time in Finland is 2-7 business days and for international shipping 1-2 weeks. I will provide you a tracking number once the painting has shipped so you can follow the delivery.
Please note that any extra shipping fees (customs, VAT, etc.) are on the responsibility of the buyer/ recipient!
If you want to pickup the artwork from my studio (00610, Helsinki) I provide you a 5% discount from the original price. Use a coupon code #PickUp when you checkout.
I will inform you privately further address details on email.
Payment via invoice is possible. If you wish to choose this method of payment contact me and I will send you an invoice to your email address. For your information that VAT taxes (10% originals, 24% prints) are included to the original price.

In case of services like buying the artwork require payment, we request credit card or other payment account information, which will be used solely for processing payments. Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the latest security standards as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
